Community Guidelines

The short version: be real, be kind, build together.

Krooko only works when people trust each other. These rules keep it a place worth being. Break them and your content or account may be removed.

Personal & Business accounts

Krooko has two sides. A Personal account is for finding a co-founder, collaborator or creative partner. A Business account (Krooko Business) is for commercial relationships between businesses — suppliers, clients, distributors and partners. You can switch between them any time in Settings, and choose whether each post or card shows on the Personal side, the Business side, or both. The same rules below apply to both.

Do

• Be honest about who you are and what you're building.
• Treat every member with respect, even when you say no.
• Post cards and content that genuinely seek partners or collaboration.
• Report anything that feels off — you help keep Krooko safe.

Don't

• No harassment, hate speech, threats or bullying.
• No nudity, sexual content or anything not suitable for an 16+ professional community.
• No spam, scams, pyramid schemes or misleading "opportunities".
• No impersonation of other people, brands or the Krooko team.
• No illegal activity, dangerous content or promotion of harm.
• Don't try to bypass posting limits with duplicate or bot accounts.
• Keep it clean in usernames, display names, hashtags and card titles too — not just in the body of a post.

Enforcement

We review reports and act on violations by removing content, issuing warnings, or suspending accounts. Serious or repeated violations lead to a permanent ban.

Some slurs and strong language are also blocked automatically as you type — in posts, comments, cards, hashtags, usernames and display names. If something you write is refused, rephrase it and try again.

Report it

Every card, post, profile and message has a Report option (in its three-dot menu, or, in Community, the report link next to a post). Reports are anonymous. When in doubt, report it — our team takes a look.
