Krooko sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no tracking of any kind. We use only strictly necessary browser storage ("localStorage") so the site can work — mainly to keep you logged in and remember your theme. Because we use only essential storage, EU law does not require a cookie-consent banner, and we don't show one.

These values live only in your browser. They are not advertising identifiers, they are not shared with third parties, and they contain no tracking history.
Logging out clears your preferences. Your session, theme, button style, cached account type, sound and notification choices, muted accounts, hidden sections and watched-stories list are all removed when you log out, so Krooko goes back to its defaults and the next person to use the browser doesn't inherit your settings.
We embed no advertising or analytics scripts, so no third party sets tracking cookies through Krooko. The content-delivery networks that serve our font (Fontshare) receive standard requests from your browser but do not set tracking cookies on our pages.
Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under the ePrivacy rules. If you want to remove everything anyway: clear this site's data in your browser settings (this logs you out), or simply log out to remove your session. Preference items can be cleared the same way and will be recreated only if you use those features again.
